Return Policy
BACK ORDERS
Occasionally we may not have your entire order in stock. We will be happy to ship out the majority of your order immediately and back order any out of stock items. When the remainder of your order becomes available, we will send it to you with no additional shipping charges. However, this does not apply to custom orders or to new items not yet available from the manufacturer. Your order will be charged at once, in full, for all items you order regardless of their in stock/back order status.
AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
Please check through your order and report any shortages, damages or errors within 48 hours. If you have any concerns please call us at 1-607-756-7791.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
For a full refund or exchange, the item you are returning must be in its original condition and packaging. Any items that have been broken, worn outdoors or show signs of wear (i.e. dirt, scratches, stains,) are not considered in its original condition and may not be returned. If a defective item which carries a manufacturer's warranty needs to be returned, you must send the product along with a dated sales receipt back to the manufacturer. GTXLacrosse will not handle any manufacturer warranty issues please deal directly with the manufacturer. If you need to return/exchange an item that is in it's original condition, please contact GTX Lacrosse within 30 days of purchase. Send your return to us via UPS, Federal Express, insured U.S. mail or by any other track-able source. We are not responsible for any packages you return that are "lost in the mail". All refunds will be for the price of the merchandise only. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. If it was through our error that you received the wrong item, we will gladly pay all shipping charges incurred in returning the item to us and shipping out the correct item to you. If you change your mind and need to exchange an item for color, style or size, the following procedure will be followed. You will pay the shipping cost to return the item to us, but we will send you the replacement item with no further shipping charges.
